Good or Bad? The Chicago White Sox have reportedly agreed to terms on a lucrative contract with 19-year-old Cuban defector Dayan Viciedo. According to the Chicago Tribune, Viciedo worked out in the Dominican Republic last week for a number of teams Viciedo, who defected from Cuba with his family in May and was recently declared a free agent, is considered to be a FIVE_TOOL talent and played for the Cuban national team beginning when he was 14. Last Cuban the Sox signed came in 2nd in Rockie of the Year voting and batted .290 with 22 doubles, 21 home runs and 77 RBIs 5 tool rating wasn't mine; but came from the 4-5 articles i read on the deal.
