This is a very hard to find 1961 Rainbow Girls award compact, goldtone, made by Elgin America. I recently saw where another sold for $75.00. This has the name of the recipient and date of 9-30-1961 engraved on front. There is a tiny dent and some light scratches in goldtone, but overall it is in very good condition.
