Rios taking "mental" break.

For the last couple of years all we have ever heard is that Alex Rios just needs to find his groove etc. Whatever, the reason Alex is just not working out in Chicago and I think it's time to let him go. Maybe, he'll do better some where else. He's been given more then a chance to return to his Toronto glory days and so far he has not. No hard feelings, best of luck, but, it's time to look else where for a CF.
