Jackson and Teahan traded for Frasor and Stewart. I think this is a good deal. I certainly hate to see EJ go since he has an awesome arm. I know from reading the fan message boards that there are alot of people whining because we traded Hudson for Jackson. However, that was then this is now. Jackson's contract is due after this season and our chances of keeping him were slim. We were heavy with starters and we needed at least one more good arm in the bullpen. We also get rid of Teahan who was just baggage allowing us to bring up Da Aza. The problem I see with this team is that you don't know what you are going to get. It's like you know this team has the potential to just explode. The fuse is lit but when is the explosion going to happen? The last peice that needs to fit in is bringing Viceado up. The ideal thing would be to offload Rios. The next couple of days will be telling. I really would hate to see Quinten traded.
